Comcast Spotlight has named Bill Haase vice president of Comcast’s New York-based advertising-sales division. He had been senior director, finance.

Also, Mark Altschuler was promoted to vice president, national sales, based in New York.

Cox Media

Cox Media in Hampton Roads, Va., has named Cy Prince general sales manager. He had been managing partner at Cquer LLC.

DigTV

Jeff Kessler has established DigTV Consulting in Newport Coast, Calif., a digital-TV consultancy geared to set-top box suppliers, and cable, satellite and Internet protocol TV providers. He had been general manager, business development at remote-control manufacturer SMK Electronics.

Rainbow Media Holdings has named Georgia Juvelis vice president, corporate communications of Cablevision Systems’ New York-based programming unit. She comes from Gemstar-TV Guide International, where she was VP, communications.

Sprint Nextel

Robert H. Brust was named chief financial officer of wireless-communications provider Sprint Nextel. He comes from Eastman Kodak, where he was CFO.
