AT&T has tapped Don Cain as Austin-based president of its AT&T Texas unit.

Cablevision

Cablevision Systems has elevated Carolyn Dursi to senior vice president, executive recruiting. She had been VP.

Comcast

Comcast has named Christopher G. McDonald as vice president, state government affairs in its Southern Division, based in Atlanta. He had been director, state government affairs, for Comcast Florida.

Also, Comcast has named Kamal Dua senior vice president and general auditor, based in Philadelphia. He had been VP, general auditor at Keyspan in New York.

Comcast SportsNet

Shawn Oleksiak was promoted to executive producer, live events at Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, responsible for live game productions on Flyers, 76ers and Phillies telecasts. He had been a producer of 76ers telecasts and Daily News Live.

Cox

Barbara Thwaites was named executive director, customer care technologies at Cox Communications, based in the Atlanta headquarters. She comes from Level 3 Communications, where she was solutions director.

Crave Online

Internet lifestyle content provider Crave Online has named Doug Hoenig as Midwest account executive. He had been Midwest account executive for Comcast Networks.

Also, Danielle Reiter joined Crave as East Coast account executive. She had been an account executive at CBSSports.com.

Intelsat

Intelsat has tapped Kay Sears as president of its Intelsat General government-services unit. She had been senior VP, sales and business development.

Ion

Ion Media Networks has added Carole Smith as vice president, research, based in New York. She comes from MTV Networks, where she was VP, research at VH1, CMT and Logo.

NBC Universal

NBC Universal has appointed Leonor Grandsire as managing director, France for its Global Networks international division, based in Paris. She was head of the Internet and Media Division at French music-publishers’ society SACEM.

Also, Natalie Gee has been appointed to the role of NBC Universal Creative Director, Global Networks Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. She had served as a launch creative consultant for A&E Television Networks’ Asian channels.

NTN Buzztime

Interactive games provider NTN Buzztime has named Michael Fleming as chairman of the board and interim CEO. He is the former CEO of Game Show Network (now GSN).

Onvia

Seattle-based sales intelligence provider Onvia has tapped Craig Lakey as vice president of marketing. He had been VP, marketing at speech analytics firm CallMiner.

Planetwide Media

Phillipe Benoliel has joined Internet syndication applications provider Planetwide Media, Los Angeles, as CEO of Planetwide and MashON.com.

Real Time Content

New York-based Real Time Content has added Craig Calder as its chief marketing officer, responsible for global marketing and U.S. sales initiatives. He comes from The New York Times Digital.

Siegel & Gale

New York-based strategic branding firm Siegel & Gale has upped David Keefe to global director, media and entertainment. He was VP, business development, media and entertainment.

Sparta Systems

Holmdel, N.J.-based compliance-management software provider Sparta Systems has named William B. Gerraughty Jr. as senior vice president, chief financial officer. He comes from Infinium Software, where he was senior VP.

Style

Renee Simon was promoted to vice president, current programming at Style. She had been executive director, current programming.

Also, Katie Ackerman Buchanan was named vice president, programming and acquisitions. She was director of programming and acquisitions at Style.

Time Warner Cable

Kevin Leddy has been promoted to executive vice president of technology policy and product management at Time Warner Cable. He was senior VP, strategy and development.

TVG Network

David Nathanson was named president of Los Angeles-based horse racing channel TVG Network. He had been general manager and senior VP.

Also, Josh Tepper was elevated to vice president, marketing, from director.
