She comes from Sempra Energy, where she was a regional VP responsible for representing the company’s interests before state government officials in Sacramento.
CMTClaire McCabe has joined CMT as vice president, original programming and series development, based in Nashville, Tenn. She comes from MTV Networks co-owned VH1, where she was a Los Angeles-based executive producer.
CoxCox Communications Northern Virginia has named Christine C. Pantoya as vice president, sales, based in Herndon, Va. She comes from Enhanced Wireless, where she was national vice president, sales.
Also, Bert Rosenthal was tapped as Cox Northern Virginia’s vice president, business operations. He had been director, business planning at the MSO’s Atlanta headquarters.
CSN Bay AreaChris McDonald was named director, finance at Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. He comes from Comcast’s North Bay cable systems in Northern California, where he was financial planning and analysis manager.
Fox Soccer ChannelMike Petruzzi was elevated to vice president, ad sales at Fox Soccer Channel, based in Los Angeles. He had been national sales manager.
FSN OhioFSN Ohio has named Alex Slemc as marketing director. He comes from the Cleveland Indians, where he had been the Major League Baseball franchise’s manager of promotions and broadcasting.

FuseBob Mitchell has joined music network Fuse as vice president, consumer and affiliate marketing. He comes from 4Kids Entertainment, where he headed consumer, affiliate and ad-sales marketing efforts.
Also, Marcelle Karp has joined Fuse as vice president and creative director, creative services.
IFCLisa Schwartz was upped to executive vice president, distribution, operations and business development at IFC Entertainment. She had been senior VP, sales and business development.
