Production-music company 615 Music has added Shelly Walker as Los Angeles-based director of licensing, television-network division. She comes from Megatrax Production Music Library, where she was division manager, broadcast network and affiliate licensing.

ABI Research

Robert Clark has joined New York-based ABI Research as principal analyst, multichannel video. He comes from Frost & Sullivan unit Stratecast, where he was senior consulting analyst.

Cohn & Wolfe

New York public relations firm Cohn & Wolfe has named Joe Rutledge executive vice president, head of global corporate practice. Formerly a partner at Blitzen Ventures, he is a former NBC communications executive.

Comcast

Marge Jackson has been promoted to vice president of marketing for Comcast's Eastern Division. She had been VP of marketing and sales for Comcast's New Jersey Region.

Also, Comcast New Jersey hired Eric Wagner, formerly director of business operations for Cavalier, as the director of sales operations for Comcast Business Class.

And Kerry McKelvey joins Comcast's Southern Division as vice president, marketing and sales for the Mid-South and West Palm regions. He had been VP, marketing and sales for the MSO's Midwest Division.

Comcast Spotlight

Comcast Spotlight has named Roland Trombley divisional vice president of its newly expanded North Central Division, which now includes Illinois; Indiana, Michigan; Minneapolis-St. Paul; Hartford/New Haven, Conn.; Springfield, Mass.; and Burlington, Vt.

Also, Peter Heisinger was elevated to executive regional vice president, responsible for local, regional and national sales in Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul; and Stephen D. Fl aim was promoted to regional vice president, Comcast Spotlight New England.

Additionally, the cable ad-sales firm added three staffers in its Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Michigan Region: Cindy Reberg as director of marketing; Gloria Cameron as health and wellness account manager; and Matt Albrecht as sales inventory specialist.

Cox

Christine C. Pantoya was named vice president, marketing and sales at Cox Communications Northern Virginia. She comes from Enhanced Wireless, where she was national VP, sales.

CSN Bay Area

Devon Fox was promoted to director, production/live events at Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. She had been production services manager at the San Francisco-based network.

Documentary

Kate Pearson has joined Documentary Channel as senior vice president, programming, based in Nashville, Tenn. She comes from HBO Latin America, where she was responsible for content acquisition for the network's six digital channels.

Also, Barry Rubinow has joined Doc as Los Angeles-based senior vice president, creative services. He has been supervising editor and post-production supervisor on several major cable- and broadcast-network shows.

Equilibrium

Sausalito, Calif.-based video transcoding and transfer software provider Equilibrium has hired Mary Crebrassa as vice president, sales and marketing. She comes from Microsoft, where she led the Media & Entertainment Partner Ecosystem for Communications.

Harmonic

Sunnyvale, Calif.-based technology vendor Harmonic has named Glen Sakata vice president, sales for the Americas. He had led sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Also, Ian Graham has joined Harmonic as vice president, sales and support, EMEA. He comes from Motorola Home & Networks Mobility, where he was VP, Motorola Sales & Services for the EMEA region.

Lifetime

Jen Duddy was named vice president, digital ad sales at Lifetime Networks. She comes from iVillage, where she was national sales director.

NICK/MTVN KIDS

Nickelodeon/MTV Networks Kids and Family Group has tapped Jane Gould as vice president, consumer insights. She had been director, programming, content development and research at Nickelodeon Australia.

ReelzChannel

Toni Molle has been elevated to Los Angeles-based vice president, content development and studio relations at ReelzChannel. She formerly served as supervising producer for Dailies.

Sci Fi Channel

Sci Fi Channel has elevated Matthew Chiavelli to vice president, broadband and mobile, SciFi.com. He had been multimedia director.

Also, Marlon Jackson advanced to SciFi.com's vice president, production. He was production director.

Spike TV

Geoff Keighley joined Spike TV as executive in charge of video-game publisher relations. A veteran video-game journalist, he is the host of Spike's GameTrailers TV with Geoff Keighley.

Time Warner Cable

Cristina Pauze has joined Time Warner Cable as vice president, federal regulatory affairs, in the MSO's Washington, D.C., public-policy office. She had been legal adviser to Federal Communications Commission member Robert McDowell.

TLC

Nancy Daniels was named senior vice president, production and development at TLC, a Los Angeles-based post. She had been senior VP, development and production at Discovery Studios — West Coast.
