I Wuz Robbed! Upset NFL Fan Calls Pittsburgh Cops on Comcast

December 7, 2007

This item is courtesy of Rob Owen’s Weekly TV Q&A. (To read the entire post on Rob’s blog, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page.)

Rob received a voice mail from an irate, older Comcast subscriber upset about the NFL Network.

“….There aren’t any football games on,” complained the subscriber, “ It sounds like a radio station. — I think everybody in the City of Pittsburgh is getting robbed…I’ve called [Comcast] and they won’t do anything about it….”

Always attentive to his readers, Rob returned the call.  The frustrated subscriber said he contacted Pittsburgh PD about the “theft” but the cops "wouldn’t help."

I absolutely love my comcast. I would not trade my comcast for the world. Also, if this guy would have done a little bit of research before sighning up for a service, he would have know that most games shown on there, are the thursday and saturday games. Most other games are on the local channels.
