as senior director and senior
counsel of government affairs, based in
Washington, D.C. He comes from the Federal
Communications Commission, where
he was associate bureau chief and chief
program officer in the Consumer and Governmental
Affairs Bureau.
ENSEQUENCE
New York-based ITV company Ensequence
announced several promotions: Michael
Kelley to senior vice president, programming
and advertising; Andy Addis to senior
vice president, service providers; Kevin
Hurst to vice president, marketing and
product management; and Jessie Dawes
to director, marketing.
FOX NETWORKS
B.J. Elias was named vice president, advanced
services at Fox Networks Affiliate
Sales and Marketing. He comes from A&E
Television Networks, where he was director,
strategy and business development.
NCC MEDIA
NCC Media has elevated Charlie Holmes
to vice president/general manager, satellite
sales, directing the newly formed NCC/
DirecTV alliance. He was director of sales.

Richard Ramlall has joined Primus Telecommunications
Group in McLean, Va., as
senior vice president, corporate development and chief communications officer.
He most recently served as senior vice
president, external affairs and programming,
at RCN.
RAINBOW MEDIA
Rainbow Media Holdings has elevated Bill
Rosolie to executive vice president, Rainbow
National Services, ad sales, responsible
for digital sales for the company’s five
networks. He had been executive VP, advertising
sales, AMC.
Also, Scott Collins, executive vice president
of ad sales at WE TV and Wedding Central,
has added responsibilities for AMC.

Clayton LiaBraaten was elevated to senior
vice president, general manager
of carrier and mobile markets at TARGUSinfo.
He had been general manager,
content solutions.

Charlie Singer has joined Tr3s as senior
vice president, content and creative. He
had been a consultant to the channel.

Nancy Mazzei has joined The Weather
Channel Cos. as vice president, design,
based in Atlanta. She comes from creative
consulting firm Most & Co., where she was a principal.
