vice president, programming.
She had been executive
VP, programming at Ion Media
Networks.

HALOGEN

Halogen has tapped Kyle
Chowning
as vice president,
marketing and communications.
He had consulted the
channel’s marketing efforts in
his former role with Motiveight
Marketing Group.

Childrens’ network The Hub has
added six senior executives in
advance of its late 2010 launch:
Joshua Meyer as senior vice
president, business and legal
aff airs; Jordan Beck as vice president
of creative services and
on-air promotions; Lou Fazio
as vice president of scheduling,

senior vice president of multichannel
programming and marketing.

Mike Edelman was named sales
manager, South Central U.S. at
Worcester, Mass.-based Telecast
Fiber Systems. He had been
Midwest regional sales manager
for NVision.

WBTV

Susan Rovner was named executive
vice president, development,
at Warner Bros. Television. She
had been senior VP, drama development.

WGN AMERICA

WGN America has added Katy
Cross
as vice president, sales,
Midwest Region. She was VP,
sales, Central Region at Lifetime
Entertainment Services.

Also, David Diederich was upped
to vice president, sales, Western
Region at WGN America.
