firm BrightLine ITV as president. He had been VP, media
sales at satellite-TV provider Dish Network.

CHARTER

Charter Communications has named Don Poulter as
senior vice president, commercial operations. He comes
from Denver-based collocation and managed services
provider ViaWest, where he was VP, service delivery.

CROWN MEDIA

Sean Bennington was tapped as director, distribution,
at Crown Media Networ ks, parent company of Hallmark
Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. He had been an
account director at Turner Broadcasting System.

CTAM

The CTAM Educational Foundation named four executives
to its board of directors: Carol Hevey, executive
vice president, Time Warner Cable; Tom McMillin,
executive vice president and chief operations officer,
Suddenlink Communications; Scott Mills, president
and chief operating officer, BET Networks; and Bill
Myers, president and chief operations officer, Starz
Entertainment.

FEARNET

Ron Garfield was named chief revenue officer of FearNet.
He comes from Ovation, where he was senior VP and
chief operating officer.

Also, Michael Severino was named vice president, affiliate sales at FearNet; and Kiesha McCorry was added
as affiliate marketing director.

Jason Sobel has joined Golf Channel as a senior
writer for GolfChannel.com. He comes from ESPN.com, where he was golf editor and a popular columnist
and blogger.

IMAGINE

David Sykes has joined Imagine Communications as
vice president, sales. He comes from OpNext, where he
was VP, sales and marketing strategy.

INSIGHT

Diane Quennoz has joined Insight Communications as
vice president, marketing. She previously served as assistant
vice president, consumer marketing and customer
experience for Frontier Communications.

Also, Ankur Sharma joins Insight as vice president,
e-commerce. He previously served as vice president,
e-commerce for Plymouth Rock Corp.

Cable and broadband industry training and education
firm Jones/NCTI has tapped Tim Burke as president. He
was vice chairman and chief financial officer of Jones
International.

MOVIUS

Howard Shaw has joined Movius Interactive as vice president,
international sales. He comes from QPC, where he was
responsible for the Middle East, Africa and Asia business.

OWN

Scott Garner has joined OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network
as senior vice president, scheduling and acquisitions.
He was senior VP, scheduling, planning, scheduling
and acquisitions at Lifetime.

PROSPECT PARK

Josh Barry has joined production company Prospect
Park as a partner in the television group. He was senior
vice president, head of drama development and current
programming at ABC Studios.

SPT

Sony Pictures Television has tapped Eric Berger as executive
vice president, digital networks at Sony Pictures
Television. He had been senior VP.

SPORTSMAN CHANNEL

Todd D. Hansen was promoted to chief operating officer
at Sportsman Channel.

STARZ

Starz Media Animation Studio has elevated Dana Booton
to general manager, head of Film Roman production. She had been VP, production, Film Roman.
