Robert E. Quicksilver has joined Charter Communications
as executive vice president and chief administrative
officer. He comes from Washington, D.C., law firm
Patton Boggs, where he was a partner in the Technology/
Communications and Business groups.

Broadcast graphics firm Chyron has elevated Aldo
Campisi
to vice president, Latin American sales.

COX BUSINESS

Jeremy Bye was named vice president of wholesale
and national accounts at Cox Business, based
in Atlanta. He had led the network and Cox Business
operations teams in Cox Communications’ Virginia
market.

KENSHOO

Digital marketing software firm Kenshoo has added a
pair of account directors in its London office: Simon
Cooper
and Timilia Bouktouche. Cooper had been a
product strategy director at TradeDoubler; Bouktouche
comes from TripAdvisor.

LIGHTSQUARED

Terry Neal has joined LightSquared as senior vice
president, public relations and communications.
He comes from Hill & Knowlton in Washington,
D.C., where he had served in the role of senior VP,
director of strategic media.

LOGO

Brent Zacky has joined MTV Networks’ Logo as senior
vice president, original programming and developmennt
at Logo. He comes from TLC, where he was VP,
development and programming.

Also, Michelle Auguste has joined Logo as senior
director, programming research.

INSP

Mark Kang has joined The Inspiration Networks in Indian
Land, S.C., as senior vice president of worldwide distribution.
He previoiusly worked at Sportsman Channel.

MTV NETWORKS

MTV Networks Entertainment Group has named Andrew
Sarnow
vice president, digital integrated marketing, responsible
for such properties as Comedy Central, Spike TV,
TV Land, Atom.com and GameTrailers.com. He comes
from CBS, where he was a member of the CBS Local Media
and CBS RIOT integrated marketing team.

OWN

Meg Lowe has joined OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network
as senior vice president of distribution. She served in the
same role at parent Discovery Communications.

TENNIS CHANNEL

Tennis Channel has tapped Peter Steckelman as senior
vice president, business and legal affairs, based in Los
Angeles. He comes from Konami Digital Entertainment.

TIME WARNER CABLE

John H. Higgins Jr. was named area vice president of
operations for Time Warner Cable’s Northeast Ohio/
Western Pennsyvlania division. He comes from Charter
Communications, where he was a vice president and
general manager in the St. Louis headquarters.

UNIVISION DEPORTES

Victoria Vitarelli has joined Univision Deportes as vice
president of marketing. She had ben senior director of marketing
for the National Football League’s New York Jets.

Also, Sharon van Zwieten has joined Univision Deportes
as senior executive producer, News. She had been
senior executive producer of news at ESPN Star Sports,
based in Singapore.

WEATHER

Mary Ellen Iwata was named vice president of original
content development at The Weather Channel Cos. She
comes from Scripps Networks International, where she
was VP, programming and development.
