as senior vice president, business development.
He comes from Warner Music
Group, where he had served in the role of
senior VP, digital strategy and business
development.

Shannon Muldoon has joined CatholicTV
in Boston as manager of public relations. A
2009 graduate of Emmanuel College, she
has worked in PR at Boston Sailing Center
and Vineyard Vines.

Ari Fleischer has joined CNN as a political
contributor. He is the former White House
press secretary in the administration of
President George W. Bush.
FOX NETWORKS
Steve Carcano has joined Fox Networks
Distribution as senior vice president, national
accounts, as part of a restructuring
of operations. Most recently the founder
of Metroclips, he had been senior VP, distribution,
at Lifetime Networks.
ICONTROL NETWORKS
Robert (Bob) Hagerty was named CEO of
iControl Networks. He comes from Polycom,
where he was CEO.
ITAAS
Dave Hansen has joined Itaas as director of
sales management.

Ricardo de Montreuil advanced to vice president/
creative director for mun2. He was creative
director, on-air promos and off -air.
PAPERNY
Paperny Entertainment has tapped Lynne
Kirby as executive vice president, programming,
overseeing U.S. operations from the
Canadian firm’s new New York office. She
most recently ran original programming for
Discovery Fit & Health and Planet Green.

Mike Horwitz has joined Comcast’s the-
Platform subsidiary as vice president, engineering.
He had been senior director, engineering,
for Comcast Converged Products.
Also, Tina Santos has joined thePlatform as
in-house counsel. She was general counsel
for London-based StreamServ.

Renee Mascara has advanced to vice president,
international media distribution, at
Sesame Workshop. She was VP, international
television distribution.

The Weather Channel Cos. has added Bill
Droler as vice president, digital ad sales,
based in New York. He comes from Time
Inc., where he was VP, sales — digital life-style group.
