Kimberly Leass has been named vice president, production,
at BusterINK, the print division of motion-graphics
design studio Buster.
Also, Buster has added Brad Roth as staff creative director
of BusterINK and Joel Lava as motion graphics
creative director and live action director.
COBALT
Jesse Foster was named Los Angeles-based Western
region sales manager at Cobalt Digital. He comes from
Nevion USA, where he was West Coast regional sales
manager.
COMCAST
Sean Brushett has been named vice president, sales
and marketing, in Comcast’s Freedom Region, encompassing
greater Philadelphia, New Jersey and northern
Delaware. He had been VP, sales and marketing in the
Seattle Region.
ESPN
Arne Rees has joined ESPN International as vice president,
international digital media. He was VP and assistant
to ESPN executive chairman George Bodenheimer.
KATZ
Katz Television Group has elevated Chris Jordan to executive
vice president, Continental Television Sales. He
had been SVP of Continental TV.
Also, Katz has upped Artie Altman to executive vice
president of Millenium Sales and Marketing. He was
senior VP of the Sinclair division.
MEDIA STORM
Lourdes Marquez has joined strategic media and marketing
agency Media Storm as director, local broadcast.
She comes from W Media Group, where she was a media
partner.
SNAGFILMS
Independent film distributor and platform SnagFilms
has named D. Scott Karnedy as chief revenue officer.
He was chief sales officer and EVP for Premiere Retail
Networks.
Also, Jon Landa has joined SnagFilms as senior vice
president, ad sales. He was an SVP at Premiere Retail
Networks.
STARZ
Shannon Buck was tapped as vice president, programming
publicity at Starz. She comes from Ferencomm,
where she was VP, publicity.
TELEMUNDO
Borja Perez was promoted to senior vice president, digital
& social media at Telemundo Media. He was VP, digital
media & integrated solutions.
THOMSON
Perry Priestley was named vice president, sales and
marketing at Thomson Broadcast.He was VP, sales at
Linear Industries.
UNIVISION
Enrique Acevedo has joined Univision as anchor of
Noticiero Univision Edición Nocturna. He comes from
Telemundo, where he was sppecial correspondent and
anchor.
VERIA
David Kutz has joined wellness network Veria Living as
executive in charge of production, overseeing its new
New York studio. He wa spresident of Longtail Distribution
Network LLC.
VIACOM
Melanie DiMemmo was elevated to senior vice president,
digital ad sales for music and entetainment at Viacom
Media Networks, to serve as the music and entertainment
liaison within the Digital Portfolio group. She
was senior VP, digital portfolio sales.
Also, Sarah Iooss was named senior vice president,
digital ad sales for music and entertainment, based in
New York and responsible for the Music and Logo Group.
She was VP, digital ad sales for the music group.
And Sharon Silverstein advanced to Los Angelesbased
sneior vice president, digital ad sales for music and
entertainment, responsible for the Entertainment Group.
She led a West Coast office ad-sales team.
