and chief technology officer at AMC Networks. He formerly
served as senior VP, broadcasting, information
systems and technology.

ITV solutions provider BrightLine has added James
Pearson as director, corporate communications.

Jen Neal has been named executive vice president,
marketing, at E!. She comes from BBDO North America,
where she was chief marketing offiicer.
ESPN
Monica Diaz has joined ESPN as vice president,
diversity, inclusion and work life. She comes from
Microsoft, where she had developed and executed the
software giant’s global diversity and inclusion strategy.
FOX NETWORKS GROUP
Fox Networks Group has elevated Kelly Cline to executive
vice president, legal affairs, Fox Cable Networks,
from senior VP.
Also, Matthew Bensen advanced to senior vice
president, business and legal affairs, network distribution
at Fox Cable Networks, from VP, business and
legal affairs.
And Phillip Gharabegian was upped to senior vice
president, business and legal affairs, sports at FCN, from
VP, business and legal affairs.
FOX NEWS
Fox News has elevated Michael Clemente to executive
vice president of news editorial. He had been senior VP,
news editorial.
Also, John Moody was named executive vice president
and executive editor. He was CEO of Newscore, which will
be absorbed into Fox News.
GRASS VALLEY
Graham Sharp has been named senior vice president,
corporate development at Grass Valley. He comes from
Xtranormal, where he was director, media asset capital
and interim CEO.
KANTAR MEDIA
Dr. Yaakov Kimelfeld was named chief research officer
of digital insights provider Kantar Media Compete. He
comes from MediaVest, where he was SVP, digital research
and analytics director.

Chris Hanburger has joined Raleigh, N.C.-based
StepLeader as vice president, business development.
TELEMUNDO
Karen Barroeta was named senior vice president, international
cable operations at Telemundo International.
She had been senior VP, marketing creative at Telemundo
Media.

Craig Barry was promoted to senior vice president,
production and executive creative director at Turner
Sports.
Also, Tim Kiely was promoted to vice president, executive
producer of production; and Albert Vertino advanced
to vice president, executive producer of content.
UNIVISION
Rosemary Mercedes was named vice president, corporate
communications at Univision Communications.
She has been with the company since 2006.
USA NETWORK
Patrick Trettenero advanced to vice president, creative,
branded content at USA Network.

Istanbul, Turkey-based packet voice networks designer
and integrator Verscom Solutions has named Mehmet
M. Balos as president and CEO. He comes from Genband,
where he had served in the role of chief marketing
officer.
