Cynthia Klar was named vice president, sales and operations, NBCUniversal Cable & New Media Distribution. She had been director, sales and operations, NBC Universal Television Distribution.

STARZ

Eric Neal was elevated to the newly created post of vice president, program inventory and planning at Starz Entertainment. He had been executive director, inventory management.

TELEMUNDO

Tom Arnost was named executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Telemundo Station Group. He most recently served as CEO of Equity Broadcast from 2007 to 2008.

UNIVISION

Richard Pacheco has been named senior vice president, enterprise development at Univision Communications, based in New York. He was senior VP of strategic initiatives.

VIAMEDIA

Cable rep firm Viamedia has tapped Alex Job to area vice president, overseeing all of its Florida markets. He had been GM for the Tampa, Fla., market.
