Fuse Names New Execs, Programming

Interactive music-video service Fuse announced two key executive appointments and a new programming slate to debut in the first quarter of 2005.

Former TV Guide Television Group executive Bill Rosolie will take over as senior vice president of advertising sales, while Rainbow Media Holdings Inc. affiliate-marketing executive Joe Glennon was promoted to senior VP of distribution, handling affiliate sales and marketing.

Discovery Beefs Up Programming Staff

Discovery Networks U.S. named a new programming guide.

The company announced the hiring of Tom Cosgrove, who had been serving as general manager for TV Guide Channel, as senior vice president of programming for Discovery Channel, Discovery Times Channel, The Science Channel and Military Channel.

Additionally, Discovery named Jeff Goldberg VP of programming and scheduling and Hannah Beckerman, director of development.
