Lisa Lettunich has joined the executive staff of reality-TV production company Evolution Media in Burbank, Calif., as vice president, production. She had been producer of Yo Momma, a trash-talk competition show Evolution produced for MTV.

NBC Universal has named Brian Katz vice president, research of Women@NBCU, the company’s female-targeted content and marketing initiative. He comes from Paramount Domestic Television, where he was director of research.
Also, Michelle Spinale was named vice president, enterprise marketing solutions of Women@NBCU. She was VP, promotions and marketing at Turner Entertainment Networks.
And vice president, corporate communications Hilary Smith has added responsibility for Women@NBCU to her duties. She is responsible for the company’s “Green Is Universal” initiative.

Newnan, Ga.-based operator Nulink Digital has tapped Lana Mobley as director of sales. She comes from Knology, where she served as the cable overbuilder’s corporate director of data and telephone services.

OpenTV has named Kishore Shirekar as its new general manager and sales director for India and the subcontinent. Shirekar joins OpenTV from NDS and will be based in Mumbai.
