Rick Wolfe was promoted to senior director, government affairs at Comcast Corp.’s Midwest division. He had been director, regulatory affairs, telephony in the Midwest division.

Concurrent

Concurrent Computer Corp. has added Tim Dodge as director of marketing for its on-demand product line. He comes from C-COR Inc., where he was director, technical marketing, Optinel Systems.

The company also added two members to its on-demand sales force: Bob Tucci, responsible for West Coast sales and customer support; and Frank Winship, responsible for Comcast division sales and sales support.

Gary Dalton was elevated to vice president, business operations at Cox Communications Inc. in New England. He was director of business operations.

Keith Hall was named senior vice president, government relations at Insight Communications Co.’s Louisville, Ky., office. He rejoins the MSO after serving in the administration of Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher.

MTV Networks

MTV Networks Latin America has elevated Jose Tillan to senior vice president, programming and creative strategy.

Also, Julio Muniz was elevated to senior director, music and talent, based in Miami.

And Mark Zimet joined MTVN Latin America as senior director, music and talent. He was VP, video promotion at Arista Records.

Nat Geo

National Geographic Channel has added David Friedlander as director, research. He comes from Discovery Communications Inc., where he was research director, digital and emerging networks.

Also, Banafseh Parsee was elevated to senior manager, rights and distribution.

And Terri Leftwich was named manager, business and legal affairs. She comes from Discovery, where she was contract legal analyst, legal affairs and coordinator of business affairs.

Jonathan Finn was named vice president, communications at Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products. He was senior director, public relations at Old Navy.

Curt Henniger, Comcast Corp.’s senior VP, GM for Oregon and Southwest Washington, was named president of the Oregon Cable Telecommunications Association.

Geoff Smith joined Shop at Home as senior vice president, interactive commerce. He comes from Creative Catalogue Corp., where he was president, e-commerce and new-business development, Personal Creations Inc.

Investment bank TD Securities has added Sun Jen Yung as a managing director in its media and communications group.
