Jouette Travis was named executive vice president, managing director, Carat Media Group Dallas. She comes from OMD Dallas, where she was SVP, managing director.

Kristin Bragg was promoted to vice president, strategic planning, CNN Advertising Sales. She was senior director, strategic planning, advertising sales division.
Comcast
Doug Guthrie was promoted to regional vice president of Comcast's systems in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and New York. He was VP, advanced services for Comcast's Northern division.
Also, Gary Massaglia was named vice president and general manager in Little Rock, Ark.. He replaces Ronnie Colvin, who in August accepted the position of VP and GM for the systems Jackson and Rankin, Miss., and Monroe, La., part of the new Comcast Delta Region. Massaglia is an industry veteran who has participated in initiatives with the NCTA and state cable associations in Michigan, Maryland, California, Arizona and New Mexico.
Marta Casas-Celaya was named director of government and community affairs for Comcast's West Palm, Fla., region. She was area director of regulatory and external affairs for BellSouth in Florida, and has served as VP for public relations firm The Pantin Partnership.
Rick Stanley was named to manage the newly-formed West advertising-sales division (a consolidation of Comcast's Northwest and Southwest divisions). He was VP and GM of Comcast Spotlight.
Also, John Bordeleau, formerly area vice president of southern New England, was named VP of the restructured North Central division (formerly Northeast division).

Ken Botelho was named vice president of network operations, CN8, The Comcast Network. He was VP and station manager CN8 New England, overseeing regional network operations and helping launch the network in 2003.
Also, meteorologist Justin Lock joined CN8's Your Morning. He comes from ABC affiliate WCIV-TV.

Liz Worrell was named account executive at LNC5, the local cable-news channel in Hampton Roads, Va. She comes from Isla Restaurant, Virginia Beach.
MTV Networks
Jamie Caring was promoted to senior vice president of talent and music for MTV Networks International. He was VP, talent and music.
Also,MTVN named Sean Moran executive vice president of MTV 360 brand sales, New York. He was senior VP, national advertising sales, VH1, New York.
Jim Perry was named executive vice president, 360 brand sales, Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids & Family Group, New York. He was senior VP, Nickelodeon advertising sales.
And John Tierney, former vice president of national sales, will take on the newly-created position VP of regional/national sales.
NBC Universal
Seth Winter was named senior vice president of sales and marketing for NBC Universal Sports & Olympics. He was VP sales, NBCU Digital Media, and has served as VP of sales for NBC News.
QVC
Annette Rapasch was promoted to vice president of merchandising, fashion and accessories, QVC. She has been in the merchandising department since 2001 and has also worked for Limited Corp. and Saks Inc.
Sadler/Dorchester
Anne Marie Hukriede was promoted to senior director of account services for broadband- and telecom-focused advertising agency Sadler & Dorchester. She will continue managing the agency's relationship with Comcast.
Speed
Paul Duong was named vice president of scheduling and research for Charlotte-based motor sports and automotive lifestyle network Speed Channel. He was executive director of research for Disney-ABC Cable Networks.
Spike TV
Pete Jacobs was promoted to director of video-game marketing for Spike TV. He has been a video-game consultant since April 2006 and has also served as senior advertising manager with video-game publisher Ubisoft.
