Rob Kennedy and Susan Swain were promoted to co-presidents of C-SPAN. Kennedy and Swain, who have worked together as executive vice presidents and co-chief operating officers since 1995, will retain their titles.

Mike Kerans was also named senior vice president of sales. He was global senior VP and general manager of pay-per-call for search platform Miva.
Mike Driscoll was promoted to director of national sales. He had led long form ad sales in Denver.
John Wettersten was named vice president of Midwest sales for the ad group. He was VP, advertiser sales, MGM TV.
And Brian Byrne was named director, long form ad sales. He has held top positions at Telepictures Corp., Orbis Communications and Planet Television.

Dale Lindly was named senior vice president and chief financial officer, OpVista. He was senior VP and chief accounting officer MagnaChip Semiconductor.
