Bridget Gelderman was named vice president of marketing at promotion agency Great. She was an MTV Networks marketing executive.

Howard Bolter was named president and chief operating officer of bilingual music and entertainment network LATV. He was executive VP at Wobo Media and senior VP, network production operations at E! Networks.

Les Eisner was named executive vice president at entertainment marketing firm The Lippin Group. He was VP, media relations at Twentieth Television.

Kelli Goss was named production executive at film and television production company Maloof Productions. She was an executive at Spyglass Entertainment.

Also, Jay Moore was named creative executive. He had worked for casting directors Mali Finn and Deborah Barylski.

Rafael Sandor was named senior vice president, creative and marketing, National Geographic Channels International. He will continue the duties of senior VP of creative and on air for Fox International Channels in Europe.

Also, Stephen Hunter was named senior executive producer, NGCI. He was vice president of programming at Cineflix.

Jennifer Williams was named director, digital media, NGCI. She was director of programming, acquisitions and scheduling, National Geographic Channel U.S.

And David Mitchell was promoted to manager of finance from senior analyst at the channel.

Jodi Brenner was promoted to senior vice president, business and legal affairs, NBC Universal Television Networks Distribution. She was VP, legal affairs, NBCU Cable.

Also, Michael Bonner was promoted to senior vice president of the new digital distribution division. He spearheaded distribution to iTunes and led development of interactive applications for the Torino Olympics and U.S. Open.

Ron Lamprecht was promoted to senior vice president of digital distribution. He was VP, new media, NBCU Cable.

And Salil Dalvi was promoted to general manager of the new wireless-platforms division. He was vice president, digital media and led entry into mobile content.

Erika Hindle was named senior vice president, finance and administration. She had been a consultant for independent production companies developing financing plans.

Also, Amie Hinderliter and Amy Taylor were promoted from senior account managers to directors of affiliate sales, Dallas office.

And Amy Willis was named Dallas office national account manager. She was a marketing and promotions executive at, Cox Media, Pensacola, Fla.

Digital network distributor Ripple named Joe Hasenzahl vice president, operations. He was director, retail systems, BCBG Max Azria.

Also, Adam Korman was named vice president, design and user experience. He designed a subscription-music service for Yahoo Music.

Matthew New was named vice president, products. He ran Yahoo's Messenger product from 1999 to 2003 and the Music Engine product from 2003 to 2006, and has been program manager, ESPN.

Jason Seldon was named vice president, finance and administration. He led financial forecasting efforts in The Walt Disney Co.'s international home entertainment division.

And Ron Vaisbort was named vice president, corporate alliances. He was responsible for worldwide strategic planning and business relationships at Intel.
