Dianne DeBerard was promoted to director of marketing, Comcast Media Center. She was a senior marketing manager.
Ed Nunez was named account director, content services. He comes from GSN, where he was an executive consultant.
Patty Graner was promoted, from customer solutions manager and account manager for commercial services to account manager, content services.
And Mark Gueller was promoted to account manager, distributor services. He was a product development manager.

Trish Regan was named general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor for business day programming at CNBC. She was a news correspondent, covering U.S. and Latin American policies for CBS Evening News and The Early Show.

Comcast named Ellen Rosson vice president and general manager of tis systems in Huntsville and Florence, Ala. She had been division vice president for the Southern Division’s “Think Customer First” program.
Fox News Channel
Dana Klinghoffer was promoted to manager of media relations at Fox News Channel. She was senior publicist.
Gospel
Gregory Madsen was named director of affiliate sales, Southeast region, Gospel Music Channel. He had managed the Comcast and Time Warner Cable accounts for HBO in Atlanta.
GSN
Chad O’Hara was named executive director of business and legal affairs at games network GSN. He was an associate at Los Angeles law firm Leopold, Petrich and Smith.
Hallmark
Tara Donnelly was promoted to director of consumer marketing at Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. She will continue her duties as senior manager of consumer marketing.
MTV Networks
Tanya Giles was promoted to senior vice president of research and planning at MTV Networks Entertainment Group. She was senior VP, research and planning, TV Land.

Atsushi Miyasaka was named vice president of sales liaison, Japan, for NBC Universal International Television Distribution. He was VP and deputy managing director, Walt Disney TV International, Japan.

Jim Rapsas was named senior vice president of development and production at Spectrum Productions. He was VP of development and production for Discovery Kids.

Brad Westermann was named vice president, Western regional sales, TV Guide Channel. He was a senior sales executive at Court TV.
Also, Adam Nash was promoted to vice president, Eastern regional sales. He has been with the advertising team since 2004.
Eric Johnson was promoted to director of TV Guide Channel’s Chicago sales office. He was account executive.
And Megan Gormley was named manager of the Detroit sales office. She was sales director in the Detroit headquarters for Court TV.
