Comcast has elevated Curt Henniger to regional senior vice president, California, responsible for 2.4 million subscribers in the San Francisco Bay area and Central California. He was regional senior VP, Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Also, Hank Fore was named regional vice president for the Oregon/Southwest Washington region. He had been area vice president in California's East Bay Area.

And Jes Santoro was upped to vice president, sales and advanced advertising at Comcast Network Advertising Sales. He had been director of sales, emerging media and networks.

Conexant Systems has hired Phillip E. Pompa as senior vice president, product marketing. He had been CEO of Rational Semiconductor.

Jillianne Reinseth has joined Cookie Jar Entertainment as vice president, development, responsible for all development in Canada. She comes from Studio B Productions in Vancouver, where she was head of development.

Bill Roberts named vice president of content at DirecTV Sports Networks, which includes FSN Northwest, FSN Pittsburgh and FSN Rocky Mountain. He had been VP, programming and production at Rainbow Media.

Fox Cable Networks advanced Michael Biard to executive vice president, affiliate sales and marketing. He had been head of national accounts.

Ad agency Leo Burnett has named Patti Temple Rocks executive vice president, global director of corporate communications. She was vice president, global public affairs and reputation at The Dow Chemical Co.

Pablo Szneiberg has advanced to vice president, original content development at MTV Networks Latin America, based in Miami. He had been director, development at Nickelodeon Latin America.

Barbara H. Lange has been named executive director of the White Plains, N.Y.-based Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers. She had formerly served as staff director, product management and business development at the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

Scripps Networks has named Greg Regis as senior vice president, advertising sales at Travel Channel. He had been VP, ad sales, Eastern Region at Scripps-owned Food Network.

Turner Sports has added Justin Williams as director, business operations, NASCAR.com. He comes from Ticketmaster unit Echo, where he was VP of strategic development.

Pat Cavanaugh was named vice president, finance, and controller at the Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network. He had been controller.
