ABC Cable Networks Group named Donna Ebbsvice president of original movies. ABC also tapped Judy Taylor as vice president of casting. Taylor had been an independent casting executive for Disney Channel.
CABLEVISION
Cablevision Systems Corp. elevated senior vice president John Bier to treasurer. Bier was also named an executive officer of Cablevision. The company also promoted Elizabeth Dolce to assistant treasurer. Dolce previously was a vice president.
CARTOON NETWORK
Khaki Jones was promoted to vice president of original series at Cartoon Network. Jones had been senior director of original animation.
CEDAR POINT
Cedar Point Communications promoted Rafael Fonseca to vice president of product evolution and system engineering. He had been senior director of product evolution.
CHELSEA INT.
Dick Ross was named CEO of Chelsea International. In his new role Ross will be responsible for the overall operations of the company with a focus on entertainment programming and production. Ross joins Chelsea International after more than 20 years at Universal Television Networks where he most recently served as senior vice president of production and operations.

Susan Carden was named vice president of original programming and production for CN8. She had been vice president of network programming.
CNN
Kareen Wynter joined CNN Newsource’s Washington bureau as a national correspondent. Wynter will report national news and provide custom live reports for more than 700 CNN Newsource affiliate partners. Also, Darius Walker was named senior director of news coverage for the Washington bureau. Walker had been vice president of CNN Business News.
COMCAST
Comcast Cable Communications Inc. named Kavita Vazirani vice president of marketing media services. Vazirani will oversee the company’s media strategies, including managing national media planning and buying. She also will continue to supervise media and traffic operations for Comcast’s National Marketing Interconnect.
COMCAST SPORTSNET
Scott Langerman joined Comcast Sportsnet Mid-Atlantic as vice president of business development. Langerman will be responsible for working with all network departments to enhance business growth, and identify new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, and programming and marketing initiatives. He previously was vice president of new business initiatives for BBC America.

Bill Goodwyn was promoted to president of affiliate sales and marketing for Discovery Networks U.S. Goodwyn, a 17-year Discovery vet, most recently was executive vice president of affiliate sales and marketing.
FOX SPORTS NET
Fox Sports Net North named Mike Dimond vice president and general manager. Dimond had been executive producer for Fox Sports Net Rocky Mountain. In his new role, Dimond will oversee all aspects of FSN North’s business as well as working with other Fox entities involved in the region.

Gloria Jolley was promoted to vice president of affiliate sales for the Western region. Jolley, who has been with G4 since its launch in 2002, had been director of affiliate sales for the western region.
GEMSTAR-TV GUIDE
Ryan O’Hara was promoted to president of Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc.’s TVG Network. He was appointed chief operating officer of TVG Network in February. In his new role, O’Hara will oversee the network’s programming, wagering, financial, legal and advertising sales, manage TVG’s content relationships with track partners, and coordinate with TV Guide’s affiliate sales group to secure long-term carriage deals.
HOME BOX OFFICE
Tracy Katsky joined Home Box Office as senior vice president of HBO and head of HBO Independent Productions. In her new post, Katsky will be responsible for the development and production of all programming under HBO Independent Productions.
IMAGINASIAN
ImaginAsian Entertainment tapped David Chu as vice president of programming and acquisitions. Chu will be responsible for creating the company’s Pan-Asian programming lineup, and will oversee acquisitions, program planning, and program scheduling for ImaginAsian TV. The company also named Neal Chung vice president of operations. Chung had been senior post-production editor for Comcast Cable and AT&T Broadband, working on programming for Classic Sports Network, Hallmark Channel and Oxygen.

Jennifer Rettig joined mPRm Public Relations as Vice President of the television practice. The public relations firm also promoted Jennifer Vogelmann and Chris Reichert to directors and added Lindsay Colker and Taffy Miller as account executives in the television practice.

Pat Walters was named vice president and chief financial officer of PROMAX&BDA. Walters previously was president of The Group1 LLC.
RASCO
Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp. elevated Ralph Cerenzio to senior vice president of ad sales for Rainbow Media Holdings LLC’s News 12 Networks. In his new position, Cerenzio will develop and implement all strategic and tactical advertising sales plans for the five News 12 operations in the New York tri-state area, and will be responsible for the national and regional advertising sales for the Metro Traffic & Weather channel.

Starz Encore Group promoted Tom Gove to vice president of its national division. Gove had been senior director of new media.

Trilogy Communications Inc. promoted William Lee Jr. to executive vice president of sales and marketing. Lee will oversee CATV and wireless marketing efforts and worldwide sales. The company also namedPaul Caruso senior vice president of domestic sales. Caruso had been vice president of sales and marketing for Hyperlink Technologies.
