Comcast Corp. named Rick Lang regional vice president, sales and marketing for its Northern California cable systems. He had been VP, sales and marketing for the MSO's Northwest region.
K.C. McWilliams was named general manager of Comcast's Tallahassee, Fla., system. She comes from Insight Communications Co., where she was general manager in Rockford, Ill.
Comcast's cable unit in Philadelphia named Adrienne Byrd senior counsel in its cable law department. She was of counsel at Cole, Raywid & Braverman.
Finally, Comcast's cable unit elevated Bret Perkins to vice president, government affairs. He was director, government affairs.
CSN
Comcast SportsNet named Maureen Quilter communications manager for the Philadelphia region. She comes from ComcastSpectacor, where she handled public-relations tasks for the Wachovia Center and the Philadelphia Spectrum.
Concrete
Concrete Pictures has added broadcast design and branding expert Andy Hann as director, creative services. He comes from V12 Studios, where he worked on branding campaigns for Game Show Network, USA Network and VH1.
Also, Concrete tapped Wade Echer as producer for the Moov HD network and Lauri Jones as designer.

Cox Communications Inc. elevated Janet Barnard to vice president, regional manager Cox Middle America. She had been VP, general manager of the MSO's Omaha, Neb., system.

Court TV elevated Charlie Collier to executive vice president, general manager, advertising sales. He had been executive VP, ad sales.
IFC
The Independent Film Channel has named Evan Shapiro senior vice president, network marketing. He comes from Court TV, where he was senior VP, marketing.
Insight
Insight Communications Co. named John Abbot senior vice president and chief financial officer. He comes from Morgan Stanley, where he was managing director, global media and communications group in the firm's investment banking division.
Interactive Enterprise
Ray Bennett has joined Interactive Enterprise, the Burlington, Mass.-based maker of cable provisioning and activation solution Conexon, as vice president of channel management. He returns to the company after founding his own sports-related software concern.
FastChannel
Michael Greenlees has joined FastChannel Networks, a digital media company, as CEO. He most recently served as executive VP of Omnicom Group Inc.
Kasenna
Keith Beckwith was named vice president, worldwide sales at video-on-demand provider Kasenna Inc. He comes from Movidis Inc., where he was VP of sales for the company's VOD solution.

MTV: Music Television elevated veteran programmer Lois Currin to executive vice president, series entertainment, a new post.

Stan Durey was named senior vice president of client services at risk management/signal security firm Secure Signals International. He had been director, security programs at Motorola Broadband Communications Sector.
Telemundo
Laura Sandos was named vice president, news for Telemundo television stations. She was vice president and general manager of ZGS Broadcasting, owner of Telemundo affiliates in Orlando and Tampa, Fla.
3 Ring Circus
Los Angeles branding firm 3 Ring Circus has named Andrew Hoeveler as designer. He had been working with the firm on a freelance basis for several months.
Time Warner Cable
Time Warner Cable has named Stephen J. Hammons vice president and general manager, digital phone service for its Western Ohio region. He comes from Leap Wireless/Cricket Communications.
Trio
Trio elevated Jason Klarman to senior vice president, marketing, from VP.
Also, the network added two executives, David Serwatka as director, original programming and Elma Cremin as director, acquisitions. Serwatka had been an independent producer with credits such as Let's Bowl
and Battle Bots; Cremin was a programming consultant to MetroTV.
Xtend
Xtend Networks Ltd. has named John Lappington as a senior consultant and a senior member of its advisory board. Lappington was co-founder, president and CEO of Digital Furnace Corp.
