to vice president of business affairs and acquisitions for the company's International Networks Group. Parker's responsibilities will include identifying new properties for acquisition and production opportunities for channel operations overseas.

Court TV announced five promotions in its daytime division: Rita Barry-Corke
to executive producer of legal news specials; Emily Barsh
to co-executive producer of Catherine Crier Live; Barri Chattman
to vice president of talent development and daytime booking; Tim Sullivan
to vice president, daytime; and Wendy Whitman
to executive producer, daytime.

ESPN

Tony Waggoner
was appointed vice president and controller for ESPN. Waggoner will be responsible for all accounting functions.

Hallmark Channel

David Snapp
was named vice president of video design, worldwide marketing and brand strategy for Crown Media Holdings Inc. Snapp will oversee the Worldwide Video Design Group, which provides video design services to the Hallmark Channel regional offices in the U.S. and abroad.

iBlast

Grayson Hoberg
was tapped as chief operations officer and chief financial officer for iBlast. Grayson will be responsible for day-to-day operations.

New Line Television

New Line Cinema announced several promotions in New Line Television, its domestic television group: David Spiegelman
to senior executive vice president of domestic television distribution and marketing; Christine Manna
to senior vice president of pay-per-view and video-on-demand sales and marketing; Robin Seidner
to vice president of national television promotions; and Jaime Blanc
to manager of syndication sales and marketing.

RASCO

Michael Wach
was named executive vice president of of New York sales for Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp. Wach will manage all of RASCO's New York-area business units.

Howard Homonoff
also joined Rainbow Media Holdings Inc. as vice president of business affairs.

SCTE

The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers appointed Melissa Hicks
vice president of marketing and membership services. Hicks will direct the development, implementation and promotion of SCTE's member benefits, resources and services.

Studios USA

Carl Beverly
was named vice president of drama programming for USA Network Inc.'s Studios USA. Beverly previously served as vice president of development for Artists Television Group.

TMS

Tribune Media Services appointed Clark Bender
executive director of TMS Movie Products. Bender will work with sales, technology and internal operations for the division. TMS also promoted Greg Baerg
to executive producer for www.Zap2it.com. Baerg will oversee all editorial content for the site.
