and Christina Tharin
advertising sales account managers. Iliff and Tharin will oversee affiliate ad sales for the Northern and Southern regions respectively.

E!

Barry Nugent
was promoted to vice president of talent and on-air casting for E! Networks. Nugent, formerly director of talent relations, will oversee all of E!'s celebrity booking operations.

Four Square

Ben Honeck
was appointed senior art director for Four Square Production Inc. Honeck will head the company's design center.

Hallmark

Hallmark Channel named Jennifer Lee-Temple
art director of its Worldwide Video Design Group. Lee-Temple had been design director for the Picture Mill.

MTV

Jeannie Kedas
was promoted to senior vice president of communications for MTV: Music Television. In her former role as vice president of communications, Kedas worked on the launch of programming and events including The Osbournes, MTV's 20th anniversary and the Colin Powell forum. Before joining the music network, Kedas was chief spokesperson for Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.).

Nat Geo

Dennis Farrell
was named vice president of finance and operations for the National Geographic Channel. Farrell had been senior vice president of finance for Fox Cable Networks Group.

Sci Fi

Sci Fi Channel has restructured its marketing department combining the on-air and off-air units to create three new teams — marketing, creative and production. Adam Stotsky
was tapped as vice president of brand marketing; Andrew Schulman
as director of consumer promotions; Jennifer Kranz
as director of advertising; Mike Eilperin
as vice president of creative; Rohitash Rao
as creative director of advertising; and Calvin Chu
as design director. And Gunilla De Santo
will handle the on- and off-air production.

Scripps Networks announced several personnel changes. For Home & Garden Television: Michael Dingley

assumed the position of vice president of programming; and Rita Maurceri
was appointed director of programming. For Scripps Productions: Kristy Bruce
was tapped as executive producer; Ali Clift
was named producer; and Chandra Streifel
was appointed video-on-demand producer.

TBS

Louise Sams
was promoted to executive vice president for Turner Broadcasting System Inc. Sams is TBS's general counsel. TBS also elevated Kelly Regal
to executive vice president of corporate human resources. Regal had been senior vice president of corporate human resources.

TCM

Turner Classic Movies named Laura Galietta
vice president of strategic partnerships and promotions. Galietta had been director of interactive marketing. Tanya Coventry-Strader
was appointed vice president of marketing for TCM. Coventry-Strader previously served as director.

Tennis Channel

Randy Brown
was hired as senior vice president of distribution for The Tennis Channel. Brown will oversee the sale and license of the network to cable and satellite and cultivate Tennis's relationship with Comedy Central, which provides system support for the network. Brown spent 14 years with ESPN's sales and marketing staff before leaving for technology firm Media Access Technologies.

Ucentric Systems LLC named Michael Collette
CEO. Collette previously served as vice president of marketing and business development for OpenTV Corp.

VH1

Laura Nelson
was tapped as senior vice president of communications for VH1. Nelson will be responsible for all communications functions at VH1 and its digital channels.

Wink

Bryan McGuirk
was appointed president of programming and advertising sales for Wink communications Inc. McGuirk will be responsible for leading and managing programming, advertiser sales and related account management.
