was promoted to vice president of labor and employment law for Comcast Cable Communications Inc. Sullivan joined Comcast in 2001 as vice president of human resources. Also, Julie Nelson

was appointed senior vice president of programming and marketing for DirecTV Latin America. Barreto previously served as vice president and general manager of ESPN International.

Jeff Lutzky
was named vice president of affiliate sales strategy for Fox Cable Networks Group in Los Angeles. Lutzky will oversee all budgeting, forecasting and billing issues related to the group's channels.
