C-COR.net Corp. added two sales and marketing executives:Timothy Gropp has joined the company as corporate vice president, Americas business. Gropp had been VP of worldwide sales at Alopa Networks Inc., which C-COR acquired late last month.
Mitchell Berman has also joined C-COR.net as corporate VP of marketing. Berman had been Alopa’s VP and chief marketing officer.
CHARTER
Wayne Davis was elevated to chief technical officer at Charter Communications Inc. He was senior VP, engineering and technical operations.
COMCAST
Pete Kieltyka has been elevated to Central region vice president, finance at Comcast Cable Communications. He had been senior director, finance in the Chicago region.

College Sports Television tapped the new management team for its College Sports Online Web site (www.collegesports.com): Paul Kallis has been named general manager; George Scott has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer; Jeff Young has been promoted to senior VP, operations; and Dan Kaufman has been named managing editor.
Kallis had been senior VP, new media and technology for CSTV. Scott had been VP, finance and business affairs at College Sports Online. Young had been VP, operations at College Sports Online. And Kaufman had been an independent consultant, counting CSTV among his clients.

General Fiber Communications has added Chris Perkins as director, Southeast region. He comes from LB&L Communications, recently acquired by GFC, where he was VP.

Hallmark Channel has elevated Sean McCreary to vice president, creative services from director.
