senior vice president of U.S. Marketing for Crown Media U.S. Masse will be based in Hallmark Channel's Los Angeles office and will oversee the U.S. marketing department.

Vicky Miller
was named executive vice president and chief financial officer for Turner Broadcasting System Inc. Miller succeeds Wayne Pace, who has moved on to become chief financial officer for TBS's parent AOL Time Warner Inc.
