Crossroads Television named Sarah Scully
project coordinator. In that role, Scully will help manage the company's advertising, promotion and television series projects.

Fox Sports Net Florida tapped Larry Hoepfner
as vice president and general sales manager. Hoepfner will be cultivating new corporate partnerships for FSN. Also, Fox Sports Net Arizona hired Gaby Curras
as affiliate sales account executive. Her responsibilities will include the maintenance of affiliate relationships and distribution strategies.

David R. Van Valkenburg
was named to Harmonic Inc.s board of directors. Van Valkenburg is the chairman of Balfour Associates.

In Demand L.L.C. named Peter Schamel
senior vice president and chief information officer. The company also promoted Michele Sinisi

Mediacom Communications Corp. announced the following personnel changes as part of their acquisition of AT&T Broadband systems in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Georgia: Calvin Craib

chief financial officer. Lustenader recently engineered the financial restructuring of Terayon's business into three units.

David Karnes
