Bruce Littman was named vice president, affiliate sales, Eastern region at Fox News Channel. He comes from MSG Networks, where he was VP, affiliate media relations.

ICTV Inc. announced several additions to its management team related to the company's acquisition of Switched Media. Ed Forman was named executive vice president, chief operating officer.
Michael Taylor has also joined ICTV as senior vice president, business development and distribution. And the company added Jeremy Edmonds as system architect.

Setanta Sports has elevated Kelly Butler to head of programming, worldwide. She had been CEO of Setanta Sports TV in North America.
