Rob Lilleness was named chief operating officer of mobile search and advertising firm Medio Systems. He was COO of Universal Electronics and served as vice president of product management and marketing at Trilogy Software.

Michael Aaronson was promoted to vice president of digital platforms in NBC Universal's digital distribution department. He was director of digital platforms.
Also, Stacy Melle was named vice president of marketing for digital distribution. She will continue to create and execute video-on-demand, pay-per-view and interactive TV marketing campaigns for Universal Studios, Focus Features and Rogue Films.
Charlie Tiersch was named director of digital business development. He was director of business development at Showtime Networks.
And Keith Eich was named director of digital platforms. He has been with NBCU for three years, working on broadcast operations, IT, NBC News and most recently with the technology growth center.
