Charles Thompson was promoted to executive vice president of the Cabletelevision Advertising Bureau. He had been senior VP, sales and marketing.
Also, Ira Sussman was promoted to senior vice president of CAB. He previously served as VP, research and insight.
Disney Channel
Fonda Snyder was named vice president of original movies at Disney Channel. She was senior VP of creative development and U.S. sales at Cookie Jar Entertainment, and had co-founded entertainment company Storyopolis Productions.
E!
Damla Dogan was named vice president of original programming and series development for E!. She was director of series development and original programming at VH1.
Fine Living
Judith Orlowski was named vice president of development and acquisitions at Fine Living. She comes from HGTV, where she was VP of program scheduling and acquisitions.
Also, Fine Living named Daniella Cracknell director of public relations. She has led publicity campaigns for NBC Universal, Paramount Domestic Television and Twentieth Television, among others.
IFC
Independent Film Channel has elevated Debbie DeMontreux to senior vice president, original programming. She was VP, original programming.
MSG
Melissa Chusid was named director of talent relations and development at Madison Square Garden Media. She was a consultant, developing the MSG Network sports and entertainment program MSG, NY, and had been talent director of CSTV.
Also, Staci Dunbar was named senior coordinating producer of original programming, features and post production. She consulted on originals, such as biography series MSG ProFiles, and has been supervising producer at Oxygen Media.
Jeff Filippi was named senior coordinating producer, MSG remote and classic programming. He consulted with the production department on behind-the-scenes programs Inside the Knicks and Inside the Rangers, and has worked for Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network as a producer.
And Denise Giordano was promoted to director, programming and acquisitions. She was manager of programming, overseeing professional and collegiate telecast schedules for MSG Network and FSN New York.
MTV Networks
Paul Rourke was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of MTV Networks International. He was senior VP, corporate finance.
NBCU
Tracey Bedell was named director of field marketing and local ad sales, NBC Universal Television Networks distribution. She was director of sales and affiliate marketing at Bloomberg Television.
Also, Brendan Reilly was named account executive, field sales for the Midwest region. He was national accounts manager for MTV Networks distribution and marketing.
Outdoor
Mark Romano was named vice president of affiliate sales, Eastern region, at Outdoor Channel. He was regional sales director at NXTV.
Also, Daniel Soane was named vice president of affiliate sales, Central region. He was managing director of technology and manufacturing at Root Learning.
RFD-TV
Ed Frazier was named chief operating officer at RFD-TV. He helped found several regional sports networks and was involved in creating advanced fiber networks.
Also, Bruce Gamache was named chief financial officer. He was president of Primedia Digital Video and the former chief financial officer and chief operating officer at HBO Latin America Group.
Mike Hanson was named executive vice president, RFD-TV.
Also, Andy Denes was named general manager, Heather Spillman was named production manager and Jeremiah Davis was named program director. Finally, Glenn Gurgiolo was named director, affiliate sales.
TVN
Video-on-demand and pay-per-view programming provider TVN Entertainment has elevated Chris Stasi to senior vice president, VOD operations from VP.
Also, Matt Cohen was promoted to senior vice president, strategy and business development, also from VP; Lindsay Lowe Lamb advanced to vice president, national accounts, West division from director, affiliate sales; Jackie Rome was promoted to vice president, programming from director; and Margo Cross advanced to director, production services from senior marketing manager.
TV One
Antoinette Brown-Leon was promoted to regional vice president, Western region at TV One. She was Western region director of affiliate sales.
Also, Rosalyn Doaks was promoted to regional vice president, Southeastern region. She was Southeastern regional director of affiliate sales.
And Katrina Monroe was named regional director of sales, Northeast region. She was account director at creative-services company Production Resources.
