Philadelphia-Comcast Corp.'s cable unit promoted four regional senior vice presidents to presidents of their respective divisions.

The four promoted by Comcast Cable Communications Inc. are: Steven A. Burch in the 2 million-subscriber mid-Atlantic division, Michael A. Doyle in the 3.1 million-subscriber East/West division, John H. Ridall Jr. in the 1.7 million-subscriber Southern division and David A. Scott in the 1 million-subscriber Midwest division.
