The late-night HDTV conversion is slated to begin in April when Late Night with Conan O’Brien converts to HDTV. Saturday Night Live follows when it returns for its season premiere next fall, as will Last Call with Carson Daly, which shares SNL’s studio, 30 Rockefeller Plaza’s Studio 8H.
