Three Execs Out at Cablevision

Three top executives have resigned from Cablevision Systems Corp., the MSO disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing late Friday, according to AP.

Executive vice president of development Andrew Rosengard, controller and senior VP Raymond Andersen and VP and divisional controller of cable operations Luigi Cestra resigned as of Wednesday, but the MSO did not specify why, nor comment further, AP reported.

The SEC has been looking into Cablevision’s accounting practices since June 2003, when 14 employees at the company’s AMC and WE: Women’s Entertainment networks, including AMC president Kate McEnroe, were fired after an internal review found irregularities.

And Aug. 23, Michael Huseby joined Cablevision as chief financial officer.
