Cable-Tec Expo: Cable ONE, Charter, Comcast Pros to Face Off in ‘IP Challenge’ Finals

SCTE/ISBE said engineering and operations pros from Cable ONE, Charter Communications and Comcast will head to Philadelphia next week to compete in the “IP Challenge” finals, which will test their knowledge of Internet Protocol technologies, including IPv6.

The final, sponsored by Cisco Systems, is set for Monday, Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. ET, and will feature three rounds of Jeopardy-style questions, and one found of equipment configuration and troubleshooting.

Each finalist is getting a full conference pass for the show. The IP Challenge winner will receive one full conference pass to Cisco Live and one full conference pass to next year’s Cable-Tec Expo and a chance to defend the title.
