A&E Greenlights Two Additional Seasons of ’60 Days In’

A&E has renewed its true crime series 60 Days In, the network said Monday.

The series which will follow the exploits within Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail, will launch March 2, according to A&E. The show’s upcoming third season will consist of nine undercover participants who enter the program to gain a deeper understanding of the criminal justice system. 

Unlike previous seasons of 60 Days In, the new season will feature male and female participants will be separated in two different facilities. Men will be housed in the main campus where they share a cell with one other inmate, while females will be in cell-bunk form with seven other inmates.

The series will be produced by Lucky 8 TV, with Gregory Henry, Kimberly Woodard, Jeff Grogan, Isaac Holub and Kelly McClurkin serving as executive producers.
