Cable News Network will air “CNN Presents” documentary Dead Wrong -- Inside an Intelligence Meltdown Sunday, Aug. 21 at 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. (EST), the network said Monday.
The network said Dead Wrong, a look at U.S. intelligence on Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction, “pieces together the chain of events that led to the faulty intelligence and examines the roles played by key players in the Bush administration and in the intelligence community.”
CNN national security correspondent David Ensor did the reporting on the documentary, which interviews government officials involved in the process and provides new insight to how the mistakes were made and how they might be avoided in the future.
