'The Daily Show' Adds New Correspondents

Comedy Central Wednesday announced seveal additions to the lineup of its late night show The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.

Comedians Ronny Chieng, Desi Lydic and Roy Wood Jr. will serve as the newest correspondents to join the show under new host Noah when the series returns Sept. 28, said network officials. 

Chieng, Lydic and Wood will be joining the show's existing correspondents, including Jordan Klepper, Hasan Minhaj, Jessica Williams, Lewis Black, John Hodgman, Al Madrigal, Aasif Mandvi and Kristen Schaal, said Comedy Central.

 “I’m so excited to welcome these new members of the Daily Show Team," said Noah in a statement. "Now I get to share my stress with other new people.”
