Fox Soccer Channel put its biggest audience in the net last Sunday.
FSC's coverage of Manchester United's 3-1 win over Arsenal on Jan. 31 at 11 p.m. (ET) averaged 370,000 watchers, according to Nielsen data, squeaking by the 369,000 who tuned in the U.S.-Mexico CONCACAF Gold Cup final on July 26, 2009.
The match also tied for second among network telecasts relative to households since FSC became Nielsen-rated in October, 2008, with a 0.7 average, and third with men 18 to 49 (0.9) and men 25 to 54 (0.8).
After being gunned down by the Red Devils last Sunday, the Gunners take on Chelsea, the BPL's top-rated side, on Feb. 7 at 11 a.m.
FSC is poised to enter the premium channel game with the scheduled kickoff of Fox Soccer Plus on March 1.
