Hallmark Rings In Big Ratings For Holiday Films

Hallmark Channel’s 12 New Movies Of Christmas delivered a ratings gift of 3.8 million viewers over its nearly two-month run, the network said Tuesday.

Hallmark’s final two original holiday movies, the Dec. 13 Best Christmas Party Ever (pictured) and the Dec. 14 The Christmas Parade generated 3.4 million and 3.5 million viewers respectively.

Overall, four of Hallmark’s original Christmas films are currently ranked among the top 10 most watched original cable movies of the year, led by the 5.8 million viewers for Christmas Under Wraps, which is also Hallmark’s most watched program ever.

Also, Hallmark’s holiday movies propelled the network to the top spot among women 25-54 for seven straight weekends since launching Nov. 1, said network officials.
