Hulu Renews ‘Marvel's Runaways,’ ‘Future Man’

Hulu has renewed freshman series Marvel’s Runaways and Future Man for sophomore seasons, the streaming service said Monday.

Marvel’s Runaways, in which six diverse teenagers who can barely stand each other unite to fight their evil parents, will receive a 13-episode second season, said Hulu. The season one finale of the Marvel and ABC Signature Studios-produced series airs tomorrow night (Jan. 9). 

Sony Pictures Television’s Future Man, which stars Josh Hutcherson (The Hunger Games) as a janitor by day/gamer by night who is recruited by mysterious visitors to travel through time in order to prevent the extinction of humanity, will also receive a 13-episode second season order, according to Hulu.
