Following at 6:30 p.m. is Chop Cut Rebuild, which follows Dan Woods through his adventures of resurrecting custom classic cars, creating and revealing the ins and outs of restoring custom cars to their former glory. Woods challenges two talented teams to create dynamic and innovative ways to survive each mission.

For its part, Stacey David’s GearZ runs at 9 p.m. The renowned automotive enthusiast, designer and builder brings his unique automotive acumen to the screen, covering mechanical makeovers, tips and tricks for daily performance drivers and an inside-out look at everything from vintage cars to salvaged tow trucks.

MavTV’s Motorsports Month, showcasing a variety of action-packed programming such as Endurocross, AMA Pro Racing and American Sprint Boat Racing, also featured the inaugural live airing of the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl, the world’s largest indoor motorsports race, on Jan. 18.

The telecast marked the debut of Dave Despain’s affiliation with the network.  In addition to hosting special events such as the Chili Bowl, he will host the Dave Despain Show, featuring a roster of personalities from across the racing world.  Despain, the veteran who has called races on ABC, CBS, ESPN and Speed, inked a two-year contract with MavTV.
