Showtime Offering Early Look at 'The Affair'

Showtime will release the second episode of The Affair in advance of its Oct. 11 premiere, the network said Friday.

The second episode will debut Oct. 4 at 11 p.m. – immediately after the premiere episode of the drama series – on the network’s Showtime Anytime, Showtime On Demand and through the network’s Showtime streaming service.

The pay TV service is offering the second episode in advance in order to give viewers the opportunity to experience all four points of view of the series – with character’s Noah and Helen’s perspectives showcased in the premiere, and Cole and Alison’s in the second episode, said network officials.

Showtime will premiere the second episode on Oct. 11, said network offiicals.
