Netflix retained its crown as the top U.S. subscription OTT video service as Sling TV, Showtime and CBS All Access all gained significant ground, according to a new study from Parks Associates.

Here’s how the top 10 stacked up at the end of Q3 2016:

1. Netflix

2. Amazon Video (Amazon Prime)

3. Hulu

4. MLB.tv

5. WWE Network

6. Sling TV

7. HBO Now

8. Crunchyroll

9. Showtime

10. CBS All Access

Based on a mix of reported figures, estimates from Parks Associates’ OTT Video Market Tracker, network data traffic and reported OTT video service provider data, the above services are ranked by number of paid subscribers and exclusives transactional or ad-based services.

Parks Associates said Sling TV, CBS All Access and Showtime, which launched its direct-to-consumer offering in July 2015, are among those that moved up or entered the list over the past year.

“Importantly, all of these services have increased their subscriber base over the past year. The top five OTT services have stayed consistent, primarily through maintaining or growing the massive user and subscriber bases that they have built over the past several years,” Brett Sappington, senior director of research at Parks Associates, said in a statement.

According to Parks, 63% of U.S. broadband homes subscribed to an OTT service as of Q3 2016, up from 57% at the start of 2015. The firm also found that overall OTT video service adoption is about 15% higher among Latino and Hispanic U.S. broadband households when compared to all U.S. broadband households.

Additionally, most “major” OTTs receive a positive NPS (Net Promoter Score), Parks Associates said, pointing out that Netflix’s NPS in Q1 2016 was 38, while the overall NPS for U.S. pay TV is -38.
