Sundance Renews 'Push Girls'

Sundance Channel announced Monday it will renew its freshman series Push
Girls
for a
second season.

Push Girls, which follows the lives of five active, wheelchair-bound women, will debut its sophomore season in 2013, according to network officials.

 "At Sundance Channel, we are supremely proud of this series which has resonated strongly with our audience and critics," said Sundance Channel general manager and executive vice president Sarah Barnett in a statement. "The extraordinary women of Push Girls impressed us in season one and we are thrilled to move forward with them in season two."
