In the wake of the mass shooting massacre in Orlando, TNT has postponed the season premiere of its drama series The Last Ship, according to published reports.

TNT’s statement, first reported by several outlets including Deadline and TVLine.com, reads: “As a result of the shootings this weekend in Orlando, tonight’s originally scheduled season premiere of The Last Ship has been postponed. Our hearts are with the victims and their families.”

The Last Ship, which follows a Navy crew that protects a cure for a global viral pandemic, was scheduled to debut the first two episodes of its 13-episode third season Sunday night.

The postponement comes amid the worst mass shooting in US history as at least 50 people and injured at least 53 were killed during a shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando on Sunday.
