XfinityTV.com Tips Off ESPN's Buzzer Beater Service

Tipping off tonight, Comcast’s Xfinity TV will become the first multichannel provider to offer its customers a live stream of ESPN Buzzer Beater, the ad hoc college basketball scoring service, on its own website.

In addition to live streaming via Xfinity.com/TV, subscribers to the Sports Entertainment tier of service are also able to watch ESPN Buzzer Beater live on TV, as well as through WatchESPN online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, and via ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members at no additional cost.

Buzzer Beater’s availability on Xfinity.com/TV is part of the comprehensive carriage pact Comcast inked with The Walt Disney Co. last January.

ESPN Buzzer Beater is ESPN’s weekly HD college basketball live cut-in and highlights network that features top college basketball games during each Wednesday and Saturday of the college basketball season. The service also features commentary from ESPN analysts and experts, including hosts Zubin Mehenti and Cole Wright and analyst Tim McCormick.

Games featured on ESPN Buzzer Beater will include those airing across ESPN networks, as well as syndicated and locally produced games from other conferences, capturing the best live action of the day.

For the balance of the 2013 season, the ESPN Buzzer Beater programming schedule is as follows:
