FCC's Rosenworcel Makes Staff Changes

Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel has made two changes to her staff.

Johanna Thomas, who had been legal advisor to the chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and an attorney advisor in the Media Bureau, will be legal advisor, dealing primarily with wireless, international and public safety issues.

In addition, Travis Litman, legal advisor for wireline and consumer issues, has been promoted to senior legal advisor.

“I am delighted that Johanna is joining my office and that Travis will continue his excellent work in this new role." She announced the changes following last week's busy public meeting.

Rosenworcel is awaiting her own new appointment, with the Senate still needing to confirm her re-nomination.
