Allison Goldberg Named SVP of Time Warner Investments

Allison Goldberg has been named SVP of Time Warner Investments, succeeding Rachel Lam, who announced she is leaving the company this spring after 14  years leading the group.

Goldberg joined Time Warner in 2001, most recently serving as VP and managing director of the Time Warner Investments group, which invests in early- to mid-stage companies that bring “strategic value” to Time Warner’s businesses.  

She also serves as a director of active observer of the boards of several Time Warner Investment portfolio companies, including Amino, Bustle, Discord, Dynamic Signal, Fuse Media, Joyus, Mashable, Outpost Games, Trion Worlds, and YieldMo.  Prior to joining Time Warner, Goldberg was a venture capital associate at Groupe Arnault and in investment banking with Morgan Stanley’s Global Media Group.

Lam, who has led the strategic investing arm of Time Warner Inc. since 2003, currently serves on the boards of Mashable, Kamcord, Simulmedia and Tremor Video.
